Our team loads it all up, sweeps up after ourselves and sorts what can be recycled or donated.

A handful of items get charged separately by the waste centre because they need special handling. We just pass these on at cost, on top of your cubic metre price.

Volume pricing works best when everyone knows the ground rules. Here's how we keep it fair for both of us.
Weight allowance
Our pricing covers general household, office and garden waste. Heavy materials like soil, concrete, brick, tiles and rubble are charged by weight at the tip, so we'll quote those separately after a quick look.
Loading time
Each booking includes our team loading on the day. Jobs that need a lot of dismantling, a long carry from the back of a property or tricky access may take more time and can attract a small additional charge. We'll let you know first.
Filling your space
A cubic metre is roughly the size of a standard washing machine. We load neatly to make the most of the space you've booked, and if your pile turns out bigger or smaller we'll adjust the price to match.
